How to remove rules from outlook

Guideline for users who have issues related to when incoming mail goes directly to Old Archive folder or Old Data File due to rules or filter process run on Outlook.

1. Open Outlook application on user Computer.

2. Select the Home tab within Outlook.

3. Select Rules option and then Manage Rules & Alerts.

4. Select the rule title to be deleted and then select Delete.

5. Choose Apply and then choose OK.
