How to Clear Browser’s Cache

Browsers can temporarily store information from websites in their cache and cookies. Clearing your browser’s cache is an important step as it can help resolve issues surrounding previewing and functionality. To clear your browser’s cache, follow the instructions for your specific browser:

GOOGLE CHROME

  • Go to the Chrome menu, select the three dots on the top right corner of the browser and select Delete Browsing Data.

  • Prompted Delete Browsing Data page, choose Time range to All Time, tick Browsing history and Cached images and files and then select Delete Data to clear cache.

  • Close your browser and reopen it.

MICROSOFT EDGE

  • Go to the Edge, select the three dots on the top right corner of the browser and select Settings option.

  • Select Privacy, Search and Services. Scroll down to select Delete Browsing Data and choose what to clear option.

  • Prompted Delete Browsing Data page, choose Time range to All Time, tick Browsing history and Cached images and files and then select Delete Data to clear cache.

  • Close your browser and reopen it.

MOZILLA FIREFOX

  • Go to the Firefox, select the three line on the top right corner of the browser and select Settings.

  • Select Privacy and Security. Scroll down to select Cookies and Sites Data and Clear Data.

  • Prompted Clear Data page, tick Cache and Web Content. Select Clear to clear cache.

  • Close your browser and reopen it.
