- Error prompted as your file could not be printed due to an error on there are several possible reasons.
- Open Registry Editor.
- Go to this editor path.
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
- Right click on Windows folder and select Permission
- Select Restricted and Allow all permission control. Apply settings and save.
- Then, Select Add option to added Everyone.
- Allow control permission for Everyone and apply it.
- Close Registry Editor and Go to Services with run as administrator
- Select Printer Spooler and stop the services.
- Then, restart the services and close the Service page.
- Restart your computer and try to print without prompt error.
