Missed Call Job Summary
This report shows the details of customer whose calls are missed and if system has called to that number or not and if yes what was the status of that call.
It will also show you the information like how many tries has been done by the system and status of that call.
This report can be filtered based on date range or campaign name and Campaign name.
By default system will not display records, you need to select particular campaign then system will display records of that campaign.
Click the ‘Reset’ button to show all the records, without any filter.
Exporting a report-
The whole report can be exported in a .xls format to the device by choosing the ‘EXPORT’ button in the search tab.
If the report is to be filtered by date range, campaign name and phone number, then the criteria has to be entered in the search tab and then export the report, which will export only the filtered report.
