AstriCC Report (Agent View) – Customer Details

This section shows all the Customer details. The report can be filtered based first name and contact

As shown in image above, its displayed the First name, last name, contact number address and email ID and other details of customer

If customer details is switch on, Agent will be able to view details of the customers that are not assigned to any agent. (It means general and assigned to that particular agent)

Note:- Agent can add/update customer details only if Edit CRM switch is on in plan which are assigned to that particular agent

Agent can dial outbound call by selecting campaign which are assigned to particular agent.
