External Group
The External Group which have been added are listed on the page. To search for any particular External Group, the filters in the first row of every column can be

Adding External Group –
To add a new External Group, click on “Add New” button on the page. It will open a create form.

Fill in the required details and click on create to add new External Group.
Apart from the self-explanatory fields, the other fields are as follows –
Type – This field specifies the pattern in which the numbers in the external group will Dial. It could be either ‘Simultaneous’ or ‘Sequential’. In Simultaneous, all the Numbers start dialing at once, and when one picks it up, all other Number stop ringing. And in sequential, all the numbers ring one by one.
As You can see in above image, user can change number sequence by clicking on up and Down Arrow Icon.
To delete particular number, user need to click on little Red icon.
Updating External Group –
To update an External group, click on the little blue icon beside that particular External group on the main page. It will open an update form as below.

Make the required changes and click on “Save” to update an External Group.
Deleting External Group –
To delete an External Group, goto the Manage External Group page and click on the little Red icon. Note that here you can delete only those External Group which are not mapped with any Call campaign.
