Script
This page is for adding or editing the scripts for campaigns. Scripts are the text that will be shown to the agents participating in the campaign to help them talk to the customer.
Any script can be searched by it’s name using the filter in the first row of Name.
Adding a new Script –
To add a new script, click on the “Add Script” button on the page, it will open a form as shown below.
Fill in the required details and click on “Create” to add the new script.
Updating a Script –
To update any script, click on the little blue icon beside that particular script on the page. It will open an update for, same as the create form.Make the required changes and click on “Update” to save the changes
Deleting a Script –
To delete any script click on delete button beside that particular script. You can delete only those script which is not mapped with any Campaign.
