Break Type
This page lists out the Breaks that have been created. To search for any particular Break, the filters in the first row of every column can be used.
Adding a new Break –
Name – Name of Break.
Description – Short description about this Break.
Updating a Break-
To update any Break, just goto Manage Break and click on any Break which you want to update it will show up a dialog box, make required changes and click on little blue right icon.
Deleting a break-
To delete any break click on delete button beside that particular break. You can delete only those break which is not mapped with any Agent.
