1. Access the Microdium Admin Console
– Log in to the Microdium Cloud Backup admin portal using your administrator credentials.
– Choose the Microsoft 365 service you wish to restore: Exchange Online, OneDrive, or SharePoint.
2. Navigate to the Recovery Section (Example: OneDrive)
– Select the site you want to restore.
– Click on the Action menu.
– Select the desired date range for recovery and click Continue.
– Choose the specific date for restore, then click on Action again.
– Browse and select the file(s) you want to restore.
– Click Download.
– At the Export in .zip format: Select for download.
– Click Ok.
3. Check the Jobs Section
– Go to the Jobs section to view the status of your recovery request.
– Once the job status changes to ‘Completed Successfully’, click Download Results to retrieve the restored file.
4. Restoring Other Services
– The same recovery process applies to Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
– Follow the same steps outlined above by selecting the relevant service during the initial step.
